Dear Schönburners,
we know that at this moment the information about the event is rather sparse. On the one hand, we moved to a new communication hub built on the Discourse software and have to migrate the existing data from the old wiki. On the other hand, moving to a new venue means that we have to review the old infos and create new resources where needed. Be patient with us 
Nonetheless, we would like to give you an update on the current status:
Last Sunday we had a successful kick-off meeting and could fill the first important lead roles. We calculated the budget and are in the process of setting up the ticketing system. We aim to start the sale on the 4th of May.
This week we received the floor plans of the castle, which means we can start planning the infrastructure indoors. The team plans to go on site on the 7th of May to create a plan of the outdoor area.
You can expect another update including the details about the ticket sale in the upcoming days!

Schloss Schönburn 2023 ticketing preparations
We’ve received detailed floor plans for the castle, and are making calculations for the number of beds and mattresses we can comfortably fit. Initially it looks like we will have roughly one-third of each category: beds, mattress places and camping spots in our 200-person membership quota. However, we will need to make another site visit – which will happen on May 7th – before we can finalize the accommodation categories for ticketing.

Schloss Schönburn 2023 memberships update
Dear Schönburners,
and all who want to burn with us,
we hoped to launch today, but decided to postpone the membership sale to next week. During our site visit last weekend we could verify the number of sleeping spaces in the castle and resolve most open questions, but realized we need to invest in some additional infrastructure and so need to wait for offers to fix the budget and launch the sale.
